The Pontifical Xavierian University (in Spanish Pontificia Universidad Javeriana) is a private higher education institution founded in 1623.

It is one of the oldest, most traditional, and prestigious Colombian universities, directed by the Society of Jesus, with its main facilities in Bogotá and a second campus in Cali. “La Javeriana,” as its students know it, has traditionally educated the Colombian elite. It is one of the 33 universities entrusted to the Society of Jesus in Latin America and one of 167 worldwide.

As a UX/UI designer one of my roles is define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.

Develop wireframes and prototypes around e-learning needs. Also I contributed to find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) and work with Jr. UI designers to implement
attractive patterns designs.

Job duties:

As a Digital Designer, I was responsible for the visual production of marketing and content creative outputs.

Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer (who was based in Edmonton, AB). I produced outputs including the website, blog visuals, pitch decks, shareholder reports, online advertising campaigns, social media content, infographics, landing pages, collateral, and mock-ups

Also, I was responsible for the online activities of www.prochampions.com (e-commerce site), like organizing promotions, working with shipping companies to reduce transportation costs, and making advertising strategies.

As a web designer, I updated this retail site for new mobile and computer notebooks versions to get more potential customers.
